Warranty & Service Policy

We sell all our products with manufacturer warranty.

Please note that such warranty is limited to manufacturing defects

and excludes wear and tear from product use.

For example, Vu TVs are sold with standard 3-year warranty as standard unless you

opt for a 1-year warranty model.

We request you to keep the warranty intact for the period of its validity.

We are happy to facilitate and manage servicing from the company for products purchased from us. All decisions and charges related to product servicing are decided by the company, and we respect their decision as the final one in the matter.
